The risk taker in the team Sushiila’s almost two decades of career spans across profiles in various countries in the areas of Marketing, Brand Building and Business Development. She has worked in diverse sectors like IT, e-sourcing procurement, Advertising, Fashion, Trading of minerals and metals, as well as Education. Her work has taken her to South-East Asia, UK, Europe, USA and South America. This rich experience spreads across demographics in different regions and countries and has given her an excellent understanding of business cultures and strategies required to work skilfully. Her dynamic portfolio includes launching an education brand (BUSSATS) of UK and a lingerie brand (Parfait) of USA in India. She co-founded companies – The Football Faktory (grassroots football training academy) with Liverpool footballer Mark Seagraves and ImpactInsta (an IT HR solutions company). She was an active trader of Iron ore for four years, with the additional responsibility as a Consultant to Wockhardt Foundation to promote their mobile health services to tribal and hard-to-reach mining areas. She has received an honorary Doctorate for her work in Tribal communities, from the European Digital University. She holds a graduate degree in Industrial Microbiology, a Master’s in Mass Communication & Journalism, and now is pursuing an MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
The one who maintains quality control of the team literally, Nibeditaa has a rich 15 years’ experience in QA-QC in several FMCG and Healthcare companies, including Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages and Cipla. She has done many process and product validations in pharma and beverage sectors and is skilled in QA-QC documentation. Additionally, she has undergone training in internal audit, ethics, biomedical informatics and biomedical communication. She is qualified to train fresh graduates to make them industry-ready for QA-QC in manufacturing. Her expertise brings in the much-needed program for new gen graduates to prepare them for the industry while they are still pursuing their studies. This program is also an aid to many organizations for their new joinees to get inducted into the system with ease. With a PGDM in Health Care Management from Symbiosis, Pune, and an MSc in Microbiology from OUAT, Nibeditaa enriches 7Qube not only with her technical expertise but also with her ability to grasp new things quickly and come up with innovative solutions for the MSMEs in manufacturing and production with her out-of-the-box thinking.
Dr. Samarender (Sam) has a passionate and proven work ethic that ensures delivery closure in the deepest form. He has worked as a copyeditor and content writer for over two decades. His ability to dive into in-depth research to reach to the core of the topic is highly visible and much appreciated. He is a copywriter, software programmer, newspaper columnist, author and a poet. He has provided immense value additions to sevreal companies, including Butterfly Edufields, Sagar Asia, Paras Medical Publisher, Information Management Systems, Breaquethrough Advertising, etc. While he graduated in medicine (MBBS), he followed his passion for the social sciences by adding a Master’s in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University, USA. Sam is an author of seven books, including five books of poetry. An avid reader, his diverse interests include philosophy, psychology, sociology and political science.
An alumnus of Faculty of Commerce, BHU, and Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, Prashant is the youngest Partner at Fortune Legal Advocates and Legal Consultants in the General Corporate practice area of the firm. He has considerable experience in Contract Drafting and Negotiations, Contract Management, Corporate and Legal Drafting, Dispute Resolution, and Corporate and Commercial Laws. Prashant is a dedicated legal professional with a strong inclination towards navigating the uncharted territories of law and the viability of legal services in complicated, grey areas of regulations. Besides being a leading Medical Cannabis subject matter expert in India, he works extensively within the ed-tech, fin-tech and startup landscape and is constantly looking for opportunities and avenues for active contribution in the growth of these sectors.
Atul has two decades of experience in providing various accounting, CFA and banking solutions to customers across the length and breadth of India. His firm MK Aggarwal & Co. (MKAC) includes patronage of business and industry in India, including MSMEs who grew to newer heights over a considerable span of time. Well organized in broad-based areas of specialty, the members of the firm cater to a diverse array of clients in both local firms and corporations having international affiliations. Partnering with 7Qube, the team offers to provide its services for the benefit of the MSMEs and new businesses and makes them take a leap without the worry of extended costs in maintaining their account books. The Corporation will also assist in forensic analysis of account books to keep a check and ensure no future funding becomes a hurdle.
Founder & Developer of AGROBIOGENICS Technology (ABT) Hariharan started his career as an entrepreneur. A mechanical Engineering Graduate from NIT- Rourkela, Hariharan has wide experience in polymer technology, foundry, plastics, hydraulics, corrosion technology, coatings and biomass technology. After nearly over three decades of slow and steady observational inferences, experimentation, development & practical village-level interactive results in over 1500 Indian villages, he formed a limited company in 2010. Through this company, Hariharan has been developing and testing for commercialization several products, such as hybrid bamboo structures for monocoque boat hull, auto bodies, and small aircrafts, and also molded doors, furniture and flooring from agro-wastes. Realizing the link between global warming and poverty, he has come up with a solution for both problems in the form of ABT.
Surender has over 35 years of experience in development banking, project finance, advanced training and management consulting. He currently advises several start-up companies in India, and is a Professor at Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Hyderabad. Early on, Surender was a Deputy GM at IDBI. He has served as an adviser to APSFC and APITCO, and was a Consultant for The World Bank, central and state governments, ASCI, and Marubeni Corporation (a Fortune 500 company). He earned accolades from students as a Visiting Professor in JNTU, IPE, and many other institutions of higher learning. Besides successfully setting up and nurturing technical institutions and social entities, he has been a board member of more than 10 companies. Surender has an MTech (IIT, Madras), a PG Diploma in Management (IPE) and BE (Mech.), LLB, and PG Diploma in IPR. Also, he is a CAIIB of IIFB, Mumbai, and a Life Fellow of IIPE. He is the recipient of several awards and recognitions for academic excellence and professional achievements.
